Shipping policy

At Rosé, every product is made with care and precision, ensuring the highest quality for our customers. Because our products are handmade, we operate on a made-to-order basis, which means:

• Processing Time: Your order will be completed in approximately 3 to 4 weeks after it has been placed.
 • Shipping Time: Depending on your location, the product will be delivered to you in 5-7 working days. 
• For both domestic and international orders, your order will arrive within 4 to 5 weeks from the purchase date.

 Taxes and customs duties are NOT included in all international orders.

Customs Policy 
Payment of any duty and import tax is the recipient's responsibility and is collected at delivery time. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We cannot estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is to contact your local carrier/customs office. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, the shipping carrier will consider your package abandoned and disposed of. Therefore, your order will not be eligible for a refund.

Lost Packages 
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.  We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust, preferably one where someone can receive and sign the package. We appreciate your patience as we create your beautiful custom pieces. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions about your order status.

Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout. It is not included in the product price.
